Santini Management Solutions has been in existence since February 2000. The company was initially operating under the name "Emmanuelle Santini". The decision to change the name to Santini Management Solutions was made in order to create a separate entity and in order to decentralize its activities from the main group. Santini Management Solutions is licensed by and operates under the legal regulations of the Ministry of Labour (U.A.E) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs (U.A.E).

On receipt of job order request,a consultant is assigned to the portfolio.A set of documents is usually required for overseas recruitment from most countries and in most cased these need to be legalised in the respective embassies.Our cunsultant will provide the draft set of these documents.
Advertisements are placed in local and regional media,in order to attract the best available candidate.We also place a huge emphasis on online job boards and forums and actively promote all vacancies.Our Business partners conduct pre-selection interviews, before sending out the resumes to our office.For skilled categories, trade tests are conducted at approved centre. On their receipt in Dubai,our consultant screens them before forwarding it to the client for consideration.
We will arrange for the candidates to be interviewed as agreed and convenient. Video conferencing, skype and/or telephonic interviews may be arranged as required.
Once the candidates are short listed and selected,a reference check may be conducted based on the position recruited for. All selected candidates have to undergo a compulsory medical fitness test.
On receipt of appointment letters, required documents for visa application are processed and dispatched to the client's office.
Constant co-ordination is maintained between the client's office and our associates in the respective countries to ensure that the candidates are mobilised in the shortest possible time.

A regular exchange of information is encouraged between recruitment agencies in UAE and the Middle East,with ultimate motive being satisfaction of client requirements.
We update our applicants Data bank in the Dubai every month and insist the our associate partners do the same. We have more than 4500 updated CV's on different job categories at all times.
We actively canvass for the required candidates with our associate office in more than 20 countries.
Due to our consistent advertising in the local media, we have regular walk-in applicants. who are screened for any available positions.
Specific job categories need head hunting. This is performed though our informal network of associates located in different industrial establishments,hotels,corporate sectors and technical Colleges.
Our website is actively promoted on the internet and ususally maintains a top ranking and keyword listing.A lot of applications from candidates in UAE.Middle East and other countries are received on daily basis.
